We work where we need to be. We don’t spend excessive amounts on overhead and can keep our costs lower. We work on the Internet. We use email, Internet and wireless telephones, Internet faxing, electronic case filing. We do our research on specialized Internet databases. We keep our files on secure servers, with redundant backup systems. Paralegals and secretaries are available to us 24 hours a day. We can reach anyone, anywhere. We can receive or deliver documents, by phone, fax, email or U.S. mail any place in the state or the World. Our law firm believes that by staying connected we can tear down the barriers that keep us from our clients and their objectives. We are a PaperLESS office. We try to keep as many documents as possible electronically. All original documents are scanned in to our system and returned to the client.
We answer our own phones, read and respond to our own email, faxes and mail. We keep our own schedules.
Initially, when you come in to meet with an attorney, all we do is talk. The goal is to arm you with good information so you can make good decisions.
During the initial consultation, we do three things:
Let us help you.
